1. Return Window

Roviani Milano accepts returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. To initiate a return, contact us at service@roviani-milano.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. Free Returns — First Order

On your first purchase with Roviani Milano, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, no questions asked. Simply contact us at service@roviani-milano.com and we will provide a prepaid return label. This benefit applies to first-time customers only.


3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition
No signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations
Returned in the original packaging
All original tags, labels, inserts, and protective seals intact

Roviani Milano reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


4. Return Shipping & Label

When a return is authorized, Roviani Milano will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email. Customers are not required to arrange their own carrier or cover return shipping costs for authorized returns. In some cases, at our discretion, we may allow the customer to keep the received item as a donation rather than returning it, while still processing the applicable refund or resolution. This will be communicated directly by our support team.


5. Inspection Process

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our fulfillment center. Inspection is completed within 3–7 business days after the package is received. If the item meets the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated.


6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–8 business days after approval. The customer will receive a detailed confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Refunds include:
The purchase price of the returned item(s)

Refunds do not include:
Original shipping fees
Expedited shipping fees
Customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees (if applicable)

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


7. Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at service@roviani-milano.com.

Your email must include:
Your full name
Order number
Photos or video clearly showing the issue (if applicable)

If the claim is approved, Roviani Milano will:
Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund to the original payment method

In some cases, we may allow the customer to keep the item as a donation rather than arranging a return. Roviani Milano reserves the right to request the return of the defective item before issuing a refund or replacement, and will provide a prepaid return label in such cases.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Worn underwear or swimwear without original hygiene protection
Personalized or custom-made products
Final sale items
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment. Refund requests in these cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


10. Exchanges

Roviani Milano does not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.


11. Your Consumer Rights by Country

🇺🇸 United States: In accordance with applicable US consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to clear return and refund information prior to purchase. Our 30-day return window exceeds standard market practice and reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.

🇨🇦 Canada: In compliance with the Canadian Competition Act and applicable provincial consumer protection legislation, we are committed to transparent and fair return practices. Customers in Canada are entitled to the same return conditions outlined in this policy.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel their order from the date of delivery, for any reason, at no cost. For faulty or not-as-described goods, customers are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, including return postage covered by Roviani Milano. After 30 days and up to 6 months, customers may be entitled to a repair or replacement. These statutory rights are in addition to our standard return policy and are not limited by it.
