Order Processing

All orders placed on roviani-milano.com are processed within 1–5 business days. This processing time is required to confirm payment, prepare and inspect products, conduct quality control checks, and securely package the order. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We reserve the right to switch the carrier used for free shipping to ensure faster or more reliable delivery when necessary. In such cases, the estimated delivery window remains the same and the customer will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information.


Shipping Times

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on the destination and carrier availability. This is an average based on our shipments to the US, UK, and Canada, and may vary slightly. You can track your order at any time at roviani.com/apps/17TRACK


Fulfillment & Logistics

All orders are fulfilled through our logistics network. Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped from our distribution center within the United States, or from our international fulfillment center in China. In both cases, delivery times and shipping methods remain as stated in this policy, and you will receive full tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.


Extended Delivery Time

In certain circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take up to 30 business days from the shipping date. These circumstances may include severe weather conditions, high seasonal demand, customs processing, carrier delays, logistical disruptions, or strikes and force majeure events. If your order has not been delivered within 30 business days from the shipping date, you are entitled to request a full refund or a replacement shipment, subject to availability.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment. Track your order at roviani.com/apps/17TRACK. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Roviani Milano is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at service@roviani-milano.com. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on the shipping destination, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please note that as of August 2025, the United States no longer applies a duty-free threshold for international shipments. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.

🇺🇸 United States: In accordance with applicable US consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to clear and accurate information regarding shipping times and costs prior to purchase.
🇨🇦 Canada: In compliance with the Canadian Competition Act and applicable provincial consumer protection legislation, we are committed to transparent and fair commercial practices.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to receive their order within 30 days of purchase. If this period is not met, customers are entitled to a full refund. UK customers also benefit from a 14-day right to cancel from the date of delivery.
